2. Shipping costs
Netherlands: €3.95 standard shipping. Free shipping from €50. Express shipping €7.95.
Belgium and Luxembourg: €5.95 standard shipping. Free shipping from €75. Express shipping €9.95.
3. Delivery times
Orders placed before 16:00 on working days are shipped the same day. Delivery in the Netherlands within 1-2 working days, Belgium and Luxembourg within 2-3 working days.
During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, sales) delivery times may run slightly longer. We keep you informed via your track & trace.
4. Track & trace
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your track & trace number. With this you can follow your parcel until delivery.
5. Delivery by appointment
Delivery takes place during the day on working days. If you are not home, the courier will try again the next working day or leave a collection note.
6. Damage during transport
Damage during transport rarely occurs, but if it does: contact us within 7 days via hello@lillioli.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
