These terms and conditions apply to every offer from LilliOli and to every agreement concluded between LilliOli and the consumer. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
We reserve the right to amend these terms. The version in force at the time of ordering applies to that order.
An agreement is formed as soon as we confirm your order by email. Until then the offer is non-binding.
We reserve the right to refuse an order or impose conditions, for instance in case of doubt about the identity or payment capacity of the orderer.
Orders are processed as carefully as possible. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you with an alternative or a refund.
Prices, currency, applicable taxes and shipping costs are displayed for the selected market before payment.
The secure Shopify checkout displays the payment methods currently available for your market and order.
Orders are dispatched after payment and processing. The available carrier, tracking and delivery estimate are shown during checkout or in the shipping confirmation.
Stated delivery times are indicative. Exceeding them does not entitle the consumer to compensation or rescission, unless otherwise required by law.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without giving reasons. Products must be returned unused, unwashed and with labels attached in the original packaging.

We warrant that our products meet the agreement and applicable quality requirements. For defects, contact support@lillioli.com so we can provide the appropriate remedy.
Mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country remain unaffected. We first try to resolve complaints directly; otherwise a competent authority or court may be used as permitted by applicable law.
