You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving reasons. The period starts on the day you or a third party designated by you receives the delivery.
If in doubt we recommend not using or washing the product — that way the right of withdrawal remains applicable.
Products must be returned unused, unwashed and with original labels still attached. The original packaging is desired but not required.
For hygiene reasons certain products such as underwear or beanies that have been in direct contact with the skin cannot be returned. This is clearly stated on the product itself.
Send an email to retour@lillioli.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a return label and instructions within one working day.

After receipt and inspection of your return we refund the full order amount within 14 days via the same payment method you used.
Shipping costs of the original order are also refunded, provided the entire order is returned.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. In that case we cover the return costs.
