These terms and conditions apply to every offer from LilliOli and to every agreement concluded between LilliOli and the consumer. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to amend these terms. The version in force at the time of ordering applies to that order.

An agreement is formed as soon as we confirm your order by email. Until then the offer is non-binding.

We reserve the right to refuse an order or impose conditions, for instance in case of doubt about the identity or payment capacity of the orderer.

Orders are processed as carefully as possible. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you with an alternative or a refund.

All prices on the site are in euros and include 21% VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. Payment is processed via a secure connection.

Orders in the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. We ship via Bpost with track & trace.

Stated delivery times are indicative. Exceeding them does not entitle the consumer to compensation or rescission, unless otherwise required by law.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without giving reasons. Products must be returned unused, unwashed and with labels attached in the original packaging.

For more details on how to return, see our right-of-withdrawal page. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

We warrant that our products meet the agreement and reasonable standards of quality. For defects, contact hello@lillioli.com for repair, replacement or refund.

This agreement is governed by Belgian law. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual consultation. Failing that, you can turn to the competent court or the European Commission's online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
